关键词:卫生监督,《关于废止<食品生产经营单位废弃食用油脂管理的规定>的通知》根据《国务院办公厅关于认真贯彻实施食品安全法的通知》(国办发〔2009〕25号)要求,卫生部组织对原《食品卫生法》配套的规范性文件进行了清理。决定废止2002年卫生部、工商总局、环保总局、建设部联合印发的《食品生产经营单位废弃食用油脂管理的规定》(卫法监发〔2002〕99号)。
Key words: Health supervision, Notice on Abolishing the Regulation on the Administration of Disposal of Edible Oil and Fats by Food Production and Business Units According to the Circular of the General Office of the State Council on Earnestly Implementing Food Safety Law (Guo Ban Fa [2009] No. 25) The Ministry of Health organized a clean-up of the regulatory documents supporting the original Food Sanitation Law. It was decided to abolish the “Provisions on the Administration of Waste Edible Oil and Fats from Food Production and Management Units” jointly issued by the Ministry of Health, the State Administration for Industry and Commerce, the State Environmental Protection Administration and the Ministry of Construction in 2002 (Wei Fa Jian Fa [2002] No. 99).
