政务公开是行政管理现代化的重要标志 ,是民主行政的重要表现。本文分析和总结了重庆市推行政务公开的主要做法和经验 ,并结合政务公开的实践 ,从社会主义民主政治建设、市场经济发展、适应WTO规则、反腐倡廉、完善政府管理和巩固政权等方面分析了推行政务公开的必然性和伟大意义 ;论述了深化政务公开需更新理念、建立健全体制、运用适宜的方法和技术以及与发动群众、行政体制改革和政府职能转变相结合的必要性。
Government affairs is an important symbol of the modernization of administration and an important manifestation of democratic administration. This article analyzes and summarizes the main practices and experiences of Chongqing in implementing government affairs openness and in combination with the open practice of government affairs, from the aspects of building socialist democratic politics, developing market economy, adapting to WTO rules, combating corruption and building a clean government, improving government management and consolidating political power Analyzes the inevitability and great significance of promoting the openness of government affairs, expounds the necessity of deepening the openness of government affairs, updating the concept, establishing and perfecting the system, using appropriate methods and techniques, and combining with the mobilization of the masses, the reform of administrative system and the transformation of government functions.
