运用文献计量学方法研究学术期刊的学术论文和作者群以及主题和关键词,并在此基础上思考学科建设和发展问题,是文献计量学在学术期刊及学科评价方面的重要应用。作为水利工程研究平台的《海河水利》,从1983年创刊至今,刊发了大量对我国水利发展理论和实践有重大指导意义的论文。因此,对《海河水利》进行科学的计量研究,将对解决海河流域水利问题具有积极的意义。
Using bibliometrics to study scholarly essay and author group, subject and key words of academic journals, and on this basis, thinking about discipline construction and development is an important application of bibliometrics in academic journals and subject evaluation. As the research platform of water conservancy project, “Haihe River Water Conservancy” has published a large number of papers that have great guiding significance to the theory and practice of water conservancy development in our country since it was founded in 1983. Therefore, a scientific measurement study on “Haihe River” will have positive significance in solving the water conservancy problems in the Haihe River Basin.
