为了深入了解濒危植物七子花林中土壤动物的群落特征,比较分析四季林分中不同海拔高度土壤动物群落结构的差异性,于2000年4月~2001年4月,对天台山不同海拔七子花林分的土壤动物进行取样分析。全部调查所得大中型土壤动物4门13纲27个类群,以蜱螨目和弹尾目为优势类群。林中3个样地的土壤动物在个体数量、类群数和DG指数上有较大差异,处于中海拔地区呈共优群落的林分(海拔780 m左右,人为干扰较小,仍然以七子花为优势)中土壤动物的各指标在各季节均较其他样地高,有利于土壤动物的大量繁育。方差分析表明季节、海拔和土层深度对土壤动物群落各指标都有显著影响(P<0.05t,hree-way-ANOVA),季节与海拔、季节与土层之间对土壤动物均存在显著交互作用。秋季土壤动物各指标最高,不同海拔高度下差异较大。夏季和冬季土层中的土壤动物呈逆分布现象,而春季和秋季具有表聚性特点。
In order to understand deeply the community characteristics of soil animal in the endangered plant, Heptacodium miconio, and compare the difference of soil animal community structure at different altitudes in the four seasons forest, from April 2000 to April 2001, Stands of soil animals for sampling analysis. All surveyed medium-sized soil fauna 4 groups of 13 classes and 27 groups, with Acarina and Collembola as the dominant group. The soil animals in the three plots in the forest varied greatly in the number of individuals, the number of taxa and the DG index. The stands were altogether dominated by communities at altitudes of elevation of 780 m (about 780 m above sea level) with little human disturbance, For the advantage) of soil fauna indicators in all seasons higher than the other plots, is conducive to the breeding of soil animals in large quantities. Variance analysis showed that seasonal, altitude and depth of soil had significant effects on soil fauna community (P <0.05t, hree-way-ANOVA). There were significant interactions between soil fauna and season and altitude, and between seasons and soil layers effect. Soil animals in autumn each index highest, different at different altitudes. Soil animals in the summer and winter soil layers are inversely distributed, while in spring and autumn, there are surface polygons.
