为了分析激光淬火提高耐磨性的机理,通过磨损失效形式的分析,提出了拉伸强度比硬度能更好地表征其耐磨性的观点。通过比较现有测量拉伸强度方法,论述了拉伸法测量激光淬火区拉伸强度的必要性。结果表明,激光淬火可以提高激光淬火区的拉伸强度。激光淬火区耐磨性增强的原因是其拉伸强度的提高。
In order to analyze the mechanism of laser quenching to improve the wear resistance, we propose the viewpoint that the tensile strength can better characterize the wear resistance than the hardness through the analysis of wear failure modes. By comparing the existing methods of measuring tensile strength, the necessity of measuring the tensile strength of laser quenched zone by stretching method is discussed. The results show that laser quenching can improve the tensile strength of laser quenched zone. The reason why the wear resistance of the laser quenched zone is enhanced is that its tensile strength is improved.
