教师的语言主要指教师在教育教学活动中使用的口头语言,也就是教师的职业口语。它是教师在经过普通话训练和掌握一般口语交往能力基础上发展起来的,适合于教师职业的口语表达能力,其中包括使用教学语言的能力。教学语言专指教师上课的语言和指导学生学习的语言。语言修养对于各级各类教育机构的教师都是至关重要的,对于特殊学校教师尤为重要。因为,无论是盲生聋生,还是弱智学生,他们的特点及由其决定的特殊需要教育,都要求教师具有很好的口语表达能力。
Teacher’s language mainly refers to teachers in education and teaching activities to use spoken language, that is, teachers’ professional speaking. It is developed by teachers based on mandarin training and mastery of oral communication skills and is suitable for teachers’ oral communication skills, including their ability to use the teaching language. Teaching language specifically refers to the teacher’s language and instruction of students to learn the language. Language training is of crucial importance to teachers at all levels of educational institutions and is especially important for special school teachers. Because, whether it is blind students or mentally handicapped students, their characteristics and the education of special needs determined by them all require teachers to have good oral skills.
