大家知道,俄罗斯多半的人口都居住在西部地区。西部人口稠密,工业也比较集中,为了解决在幅员辽阔的俄罗斯国土上汽车生产厂的分布,国家有一些激励政策。在经济比较落后地区会有一些特殊的经济开发区来吸引这些汽车生产厂到这里投资建厂。当前,俄罗斯汽车工业发展有两个阶段。第一阶段,2004年俄罗斯引进了工业组装体制即IA1体制。这一体制改变了俄罗斯汽车工业的格局。在这一政策的促进下许多汽车生产商有了很大程度上的增长。主要表现在:1、新工厂的建成,新汽车进入市场;2、新的制造工艺和方法开始普及,俄罗斯本土的汽车企业也从中受益,很多汽车的成本下降了15%~25%。
As we all know, most of Russia’s population lives in the western region. The western part of the country is densely populated and the industry is relatively concentrated. To address the distribution of automobile manufacturing plants in the vast territory of Russia, the state has some incentive policies. In the more economically backward areas there will be some special economic development zones to attract these automobile factories to invest and set up factories here. At present, Russia’s automobile industry has two stages. The first stage, in 2004 Russia introduced the industrial assembly system that IA1 system. This system has changed the pattern of Russia’s automobile industry. Many car manufacturers have enjoyed a substantial increase with this policy. Mainly in: 1, the completion of the new factory, the new car to enter the market; 2, the new manufacturing processes and methods began to spread, the Russian car companies also benefit from this, many of the cost of the car decreased by 15% to 25%.
