对棕壤长期轮作施肥试验中玉米、大豆籽实的氨基酸及必需氨基酸含量分析结果表明,施用猪厩肥和化学氮肥,均有改善蛋白质质量,提高玉米、大豆籽实氨基酸总量及必需氨基酸含量的作用。猪厩肥施用量与玉米及大豆籽实中必需氨基酸含量呈现2次多项式回归关系;在本试验条件下,玉米籽实氨基酸与必需氨基酸含量随化学氮肥用量的增加而提高,呈现线性回归关系,大豆则为抛物线型多项式回归关系。在施用猪厩肥或氮磷化肥基础上配合施用钾肥,增加玉米籽实氨基酸和必需氨基酸效果显著,对大豆亦有增加趋势。施用猪厩肥、氮肥和在此基础上配施钾肥均可提高必需氨基酸与氨基酸含量的比值,表明增加必需氨基酸的作用更为显著
The results of amino acid and essential amino acid content analysis of corn and soybean seed in long-term fertilization trial of brown soil showed that both pig manure and chemical nitrogen fertilizer could improve protein quality and increase total amino acid and essential amino acid content of corn and soybean seed. The results showed that there was a 2-order polynomial regression relationship between the amount of pig manure applied and the content of essential amino acids in corn and soybean seeds. Under the experimental conditions, the amino acids and essential amino acids contents of corn seed were increased with the increase of chemical nitrogen fertilizer, showing a linear regression relationship Parabolic polynomial regression. In the application of pig manure or nitrogen and phosphorus fertilizers based on the application of potassium, corn seed oil to increase amino acids and essential amino acids significant effect on soybean also increased. The application of pig manure, nitrogen fertilizers and K fertilizer on the basis of these can increase the ratio of essential amino acids to amino acids, indicating that the effect of adding essential amino acids is more significant
