目的:为纯化小蓟提取液中总黄酮类化合物,选择适宜的大孔吸附树脂。方法:选用可见分光光度法检测吸光度,以最大吸附率和解吸率为指标。结果:通过实验考察,大孔吸附树脂HPD100解吸率与吸附率均高于其他树脂。结论:选择大孔吸附树脂HPD100用于小蓟中总黄酮化合物的纯化,方法可行,能够适应工业生产。
OBJECTIVE: To purify the total flavonoids from the extract of Artemisia annua and select suitable macroporous adsorption resin. Methods: Absorbance was measured by visible spectrophotometry. The maximum adsorption rate and desorption rate were taken as indexes. Results: The experimental results showed that the desorption rate and adsorption rate of macroporous adsorption resin HPD100 were higher than those of other resins. Conclusion: The macroporous resin HPD100 is selected for the purification of total flavonoids from Artemisia annua. The method is feasible and can be adapted to industrial production.
