本科自1983年4月～1984年10月,应用国产五肽胃泌素对100例经纤维胃镜检查的住院病员进行了胃酸分泌功能测定,摘要报道如下。一、测定结果 50例十二指肠球部溃疡BAO较高(7.04±6.43mEq/小时。活动期比非活动期高,尤以合并浅表性胃炎者高,最高一例球部溃疡其BAO、MAO及PAO分别为28.2、34.6及54.6mEq/小时。2例胃溃疡BAO、MAO及PAO分别为6.15±0.05、23.67±0.23及31.95±2.85mEq/小时。
