从芦笋茎及芦笋根的脂溶性提取物中分离了非皂化物。采用薄层层析和加压快速柱层析法使非皂化物分离,得到了甾类化合物,经乙酸化后进行GC和GC/MS分析。根据谱库检索和图谱解析,参照有关文献,对所得各峰进行鉴定。
Unsaponifiable matter was isolated from fat-soluble extracts of asparagus stems and asparagus roots.
