钢中残余Al的测定,特别是炉前控制分析,其含Al量低,要求分析速度快,一般化学分析方法难于满足要求.本文采用光电看谱法进行钢中残余Al的测定,单次测定时间为17S,检出限达0.0009%,能满足炉前控制分析的要求.仪器及工作条件采用WKD-1型光电析钢仪,平面反射光栅作色散元件,光电倍增管接收光信号,进行光电转换后,由高灵敏度的数字电压表指示谱线强度;采用WJJ-2型交流电弧发生器,6A,分析间隙2.5mm,辅助间隙1mm;偏光片夹角:75度;内标选择:7.5,测量挡×2;预燃时间:6S;积分时间:11S;分析线对:Al 396.153nm,用白光做内标;
