用舒氨新和头孢拉定分别治疗２７例和１９例下呼吸道感染。舒氨新的有效率为７７．８％，细菌清除率为７３．７％；头孢拉定的有效率为８４．２％，细菌清除率为８５．７％。两药相比无显著差异（Ｐ＞０．０５）。治疗过程中未见严重副作用。说明舒氨新为一种治疗下呼吸道感染的高敏而安全的抗菌药物。 27 cases and 19 cases of lower respiratory tract infection were treated with shosamon and cephradine respectively. Shu Shu new effective rate was 77.8%, bacterial clearance rate was 73.7%; cefradine effective rate was 84.2%, bacterial clearance rate was 85.7%. There was no significant difference between the two drugs (P> 0.05). No serious side effects during treatment.
