半年来,我科用电烙术加肌注聚肌胞治愈尖锐湿疣13例,其中男8例,女5例,年龄在18～25岁,均有不洁性交史。病程15天～1年。发病部位:龟头部1例,冠状沟及包皮部7例,肛周1例,阴唇4例。患者均为典型皮损。治疗方法和结果:使用上海产医用电热烧灼器,麻醉用2％利多卡因,龟头部用阴茎根部阻滞麻醉,其它部位用局麻,1～3分钟后,电烙疣体至高出皮肤约0.5～1mm即可、同时肌注聚肌胞4mg,两日1次,共10次,3～7天脱痂而愈。1例因未肌注聚肌胞于20天后又长出新皮损,电烙后,肌注聚肌胞10次,随访未见复发。讨论:电烙术是通过大量热能使组织发生凝固性坏死、炭化,疗程短易复发,聚肌胞是广谱抗病
In the past six months, our department treated 13 cases of genital warts with electrocautery and intramuscular injection of polymyositis, including 8 males and 5 females, aged 18 to 25 years old, with unclean sexual history. Duration of 15 days to 1 year. Pathogenesis: 1 case of glans, coronal and foreskin in 7 cases, 1 case of perianal, 4 cases of labia. Patients are typical lesions. Treatment methods and results: The use of Shanghai-made medical electric cauner, anesthesia with 2% lidocaine, glans penis with the root block anesthesia, with other parts of the local anesthetic, 1 to 3 minutes later, 0.5 ~ 1mm can be, while intramuscular polygamy 4mg, two days 1, a total of 10 times, 3 to 7 days off scabies and more. One case of non-injection of polyp myocytes in 20 days and then grow new skin lesions, after ironing, intramuscular injection of polyp cells 10 times, no recurrence of follow-up.
