针对当前装备作战需求论证流程不够规范一致的问题,分析了装备作战需求论证流程规范化的目标、内容和特征,提出了装备作战需求论证的环节规范化方法和流程结构化方法,设计了装备作战需求论证的总体流程模型和基本流程模型,给出了基本环节的规范化描述方法和实例,可为进一步优化和调整装备作战需求论证流程、提高论证工作效率和成果质量提供新方法。
Aiming at the problem that the current equipment battle demand argumentation process is not enough normative and consistent, this paper analyzes the target, contents and characteristics of the equipment warfare demand justification process standardization and puts forward the standardization method and process structured method of equipment warfare requirement demonstration. The general process model and the basic process model are given. The normalized description methods and examples of the basic steps are given, which can provide a new method for further optimization and adjustment of the operational requirements of the equipment warfare process and to improve the work efficiency and quality of the results.
