为提高汽油发电机组调速性能,本文利用稳态特性平衡图对汽油机、调速器和传动机构的匹配进行了分析,并在对调速系统动态特性分析的基础上采用机械电子调速器,它的特点是将受机组频率变化及其微分量所控制的电磁执行器迭加在机械调速器上,以进一步降低稳定调速率和转速波动率,抑制瞬时调速率和稳定时间,使瞬时调速率在全负荷突加时达到2.5%、突减时达到2.4%左右,稳定时间缩短为1~1.6秒。这种装置结构简单,性能良好,机电可以串联使用,不需要阻尼器。本文介绍作者在提高BSF-12型双频供电机组调速性能方面所做的工作,这种调速器可应用到其他类型机械调速器上。
