高应力破碎带耦合条件下的巷道支护技术研究

阳煤五矿大埋深岩巷通过破碎带时,在原支护条件下,围岩变形大,U型钢出现半拱形顶棚塌陷、帮部支架弯曲变形严重等支护失效现象。为此利用钻孔窥视仪探测了破碎带的破碎范围,并进行了原支护方案失效因素分析,提出了全断面注浆+锚喷网+U型钢过破碎带的支护方法,并运用离散元软件UDEC对原有方案和优化方案进行了数值模拟对比分析。井下工业试验结果表明:深埋巷道过破碎带时,在传统支护之前进行注浆可有效改善围岩应力分布,减小破坏松动范围,充分发挥锚杆(索)的锚固作用。 Under the condition of the original support, the surrounding rock deforms greatly when the large deep rock roadway passes through the crushed zone in Yangmei Minmetals, and the semi-arched ceiling collapses in the U-shaped steel and the supporting and supporting braces are seriously bent and deformed. Therefore, the broken scope of the broken belt was probed by drilling peepmeter, and the failure factors of the original supporting scheme were analyzed. The supporting method of full cross-section grouting + anchor net + U-shaped steel over broken belt was put forward and the discrete Meta-software UDEC carried out numerical simulation comparative analysis of the original scheme and optimization scheme. The results of downhole industrial tests show that grouting can effectively improve the stress distribution of surrounding rock, reduce the scope of failure and give full play to the anchoring effect of anchors (cables) when the buried tunnel is broken.
