由安徽省农机化研究所和皖南农学院联合研制的GYJ—10型直读式功率、油耗、转速检测仪8月24日在安徽省通过技术鉴定。该仪器是在筛易机械式测功仪的基础上改进的。它保留了结构简单、便携和制造成本低的优点,并通过采用较新颖的转速、扭矩传感器及功率合成电路,取代原有离心式转速表、弹簧秤及秒表等部件,实现了功率,转速和油耗测定值的直读,具有方便用户操作、读数直观准确的特点。油耗测量采用转子流量计,缩短了测定时间。
By the Anhui Provincial Institute of Agricultural Mechanization and Wannan Agricultural College jointly developed GYJ-10 type direct-reading power, fuel consumption, speed detector on August 24 in Anhui Province through technical appraisal. The instrument is based on mechanical measurements in the improvement of the mechanical dynamometer. It retains the advantages of simple structure, portability and low manufacturing cost, and realizes the advantages of power, speed and fuel consumption by adopting newer speed, torque sensor and power synthesis circuit instead of the original centrifugal tachometer, spring balance and stopwatch components Direct reading of the measured value, with user-friendly operation, intuitive and accurate readings. Fuel consumption measurement using rotor flowmeter, reducing the measurement time.
