目的:研究急性前列腺炎对血清总前列腺特异性抗原(T-PSA)、游离前列腺特异性抗原(F-PSA)及游离/总前列腺特异性抗原(F/T)比值的影响。方法:对35例急性前列腺炎患者分别于治疗前和治疗后1周、1个月、3个月检测T-PSA、F-PSA值,并计算F/T比值。结果:治疗前及治疗后1周、1个月、3个月患者血清T-PSA分别为(46.21±28.42)μg/L、(28.12±16.35)μg/L、(18.48±8.64)μg/L和(3.64±1.48)μg/L;F-PSA分别为(5.32±3.43)μg/L、(3.14±1.98)μg/L、(1.82±0.96)μg/L和(0.54±0.22)μg/L;F/T比值分别为0.11±0.04、0.11±0.03、0.10±0.04和0.16±0.06。治疗前后不同时间相比,患者T-PSA值及F-PSA值均降低(均P<0.05);F/T比值治疗后3个月较治疗前及治疗后1周、1个月时升高(均P<0.05)。结论:急性前列腺炎会导致血清T-PSA、F-PSA显著升高,F/T比值显著降低,影响可持续3个月。
Objective: To study the effect of acute prostatitis on serum total prostate specific antigen (T-PSA), free prostate-specific antigen (F-PSA) and free / total prostate specific antigen (F / T) ratio. Methods: T-PSA and F-PSA were measured in 35 patients with acute prostatitis before treatment, 1 week, 1 month and 3 months after treatment respectively, and the F / T ratio was calculated. Conclusion: Acute prostatitis can cause serum T-PSA, F-PSA was significantly increased, F / T ratio was significantly reduced, the impact of sustainable 3 months.
