研究了稀土及过渡金属离子对蛇毒内抗凝血因子(ACF,anticoagulation factor) 内源荧光光谱的影响,并根据荧光光谱的变化推测ACF与稀土及过渡金属高子作用后发生的构型变化。
The effects of rare earth and transition metal ions on the endogenous fluorescence spectra of anticoagulation factor (ACF) were studied. The conformational changes of ACF after interaction with rare earths and transition metal highs were deduced from the changes of fluorescence spectra.
