介绍了发电机定子铁心用通风槽钢生产工艺,针对通风槽钢切断和弯形工序,设计了一种新型的切断弯形工艺,在一副模具上同时完成切断、弯形、整形3道工序。在分析槽钢切断弯形特点及其变形规律的基础上,对槽钢成型过程做出合理简化,建立分析模型,利用有限元软件对槽钢切断弯形进行了三维有限元数值模拟分析,得出了槽钢在成形过程中的几何变形情况。对不同冲头形状进行了对比分析,并在实际生产中很好的控制了槽钢切断后存在的塌肩、毛刺等缺陷。
