目的:分析呼吸内科住院患者留取痰标本的影响因素,并提出管理对策。方法:选取2014年3月至2015年3月到该院呼吸内科住院80例患者作为具体的研究对象,采用问卷调查的方式了解患者的留取痰标本的情况,对影响因素进行分析与总结,并提出解决对策。结果:经过调查后发现,影响痰标本留取主要因素包括有患者因素和医护人员因素。其中,患者因素占78.9%,医护人员因素占21.1%,患者因素是导致痰标本留取不合格的主要原因。组间数据对比差异明显,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:向患者宣传讲解痰留取的正确方法及具体的注意事项,是提高痰标本留取合格率的主要关键所在。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the influencing factors of sputum specimens inpatients with respiratory medicine and to propose management measures. Methods: From March 2014 to March 2015, 80 patients admitted to Department of Respiratory Medicine in the hospital from March 2014 to March 2015 were selected as the specific subjects. The questionnaires were used to understand the patients’ sputum samples and the influencing factors were analyzed and summarized. And put forward solutions to the problem. Results: After investigation, it was found that the main factors influencing the sputum specimens include the factors of patients and the factors of health care workers. Among them, 78.9% were patient factors and 21.1% were health care workers factors. Patient factors were the main reasons for the unacceptable sputum samples. There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). Conclusion: The proper method of publicizing the patients’ sputum retention and the specific precautions are the key points to improve the retention rate of sputum samples.
