目的探讨影响药物流产的几方面因素。方法对门诊收治非病理性原因要求终止妊娠210例,从年龄、孕产次、胚囊直径及既往有无剖宫产史四方面与药物流产的成功率进行分析。结果年龄≥35岁、孕次≥3、孕囊直径≥2.0cm、有剖宫产史者成功率低。结论药物流产成功率与年龄、孕产次、孕囊直径及既往有无剖宫产史有关。
Objective To explore several factors affecting medical abortion. Methods Outpatient non-pathological reasons requiring termination of pregnancy in 210 cases, from the age, pregnancy time, embryo sac diameter and the history of cesarean section with or without history of four aspects of the success rate of medical abortion. Results ≥35 years of age, gestational age ≥ 3, gestational sac diameter ≥ 2.0cm, cesarean section with a low success rate. Conclusion The success rate of medical abortion is related to age, pregnancy time, gestational sac diameter and the history of cesarean section.
