采用文献资料法,对美国1997—2010年与体育师资培训相关的博士学位论文进行总结与分析。认为:体育教师资格认定标准的效用、体育与其它学科教师资格认证考试的比较、培训课程的设置和教学能力的培养是美国体育师资培训研究的热点领域。指出:政策扶持、课程决策、多元文化和性教育课程以及职前教学实习是美国体育师资培训研究发展趋势。
Using the literature method, this paper summarizes and analyzes the doctoral dissertations related to the training of PE teachers from 1997 to 2010 in the United States. It is concluded that the comparison between the effectiveness of PE teacher accreditation standards, PE and other subject teachers’ qualification examinations, the setting of training courses and the cultivation of teaching abilities are the hot topics in PE teacher training in the United States. It is pointed out that policy support, curriculum decision-making, multicultural and sexual education curriculum and pre-service teaching practice are the trends of the development of PE teacher training in the United States.
