测定各种生物硷含量多是采用有机溶剂抽提的方法,一般是选用氮仿或乙醚。在生产生物硷制品單位的化驗室,氯仿和乙醚的用量是相当可观的。如我厂去年全年分析生物硷制品及共原料药草,按平均每日1—2份計,若全部使用分析純氯仿与乙醚,須500Kg以上,价值約六千元。因此,回收精制或使用代用品具有很大的节約意义。目前,我們絕大部份是使用回收品与精制工業品。氯仿回收率約80%,損失部分以工業用氮仿补充之。工業用氯仿按中国药典檢查,除易碳化物外均合格。同一供試品以分析純(A.R.)氯仿与工業用氯仿对照测
Determination of a variety of biological hydrazine content is mostly using organic solvent extraction method, generally selected nitrogen or ether. In laboratories producing bio-based products, the amounts of chloroform and ether are considerable. For example, if our factory analyzes bio-indole products and co-primary herbs for the whole year last year, it will be calculated on the average of 1-2 parts per day. If all the analytically pure chloroform and ether are used, it must be 500Kg or more and worth about 6,000 yuan. Therefore, it is of great economical significance to recycle refining or use substitutes. At present, most of us use recycled and refined industrial products. The recovery of chloroform is about 80%, and the loss is partially supplemented with industrial nitrogen. Chloroform for industrial use is inspected according to the Chinese Pharmacopoeia and is qualified except for the easy carbides. The same test sample was analyzed with analytically pure (A.R.) chloroform and industrial chloroform.
