介绍了15CrMo钢的机械性能;不同壁温下的基本许用应力值;高温持久强度和蠕变 温度均比20G钢高;其焊接性能、焊缝的力学性能也优于20G钢。在相同热工条件下,用15Cr Mo钢管可选择比20G钢较小的管径和壁厚,而不提高造价。通过在胜利油田稠油热采注蒸汽 管道中的应用,表明15CrMo注蒸汽钢管的抗腐性能远远高于20G钢管,用该类钢管制作的稠 油热采注蒸汽管道,其腐蚀速率小、寿命长,有良好的使用前景和推广价值。
The mechanical properties of 15CrMo steel are introduced. The basic allowable stress values at different wall temperatures are higher than those of 20G steel at high temperature.
