中国互联网业风生水起,而互联网也在对中国经济产生前所未有的影响。面对着信息时代多媒体技术的发展,电子商务无疑是给创业者们提供了一个十分难得的机遇和平台。在传统的营销方式上借助网络渠道,电子商务使交易更加便利、快捷,成本与费用大幅降低,正在冲击着传统企业的生产和消费主体的既有方式,转而提供一种更有效率和更大的发展空间的一个全新领域。在传统外贸年均增长不足10%的情况下,未来几年跨境电商占中国进出口贸易比例将会提高到20%,年增长率将超过30%。跨境电商的发展让电子商务的问题变成国家间的较量,国家和地区语言、制度、文化等差异也让这些问题越发难以解决。本文从中国的跨境电商发展现状入手、进而分析跨境电商在我国发展的困境及对策。
The Internet industry in China is thriving, and the Internet is having an unprecedented impact on China’s economy. Faced with the development of multimedia technology in the information age, e-commerce undoubtedly provides entrepreneurs with a rare opportunity and platform. E-commerce makes the transaction more convenient, faster, and costs and expenses are greatly reduced through the use of online channels in the traditional marketing mode. E-commerce is striking the existing mode of production and consumption of traditional enterprises in favor of providing a more efficient and A big new area of development. With an average annual growth of less than 10% of traditional foreign trade, the proportion of cross-border e-commerce in China’s import and export trade will rise to 20% in the coming years and the annual growth rate will exceed 30%. The development of cross-border e-commerce has turned the issue of e-commerce into a contest between countries. The differences in languages, systems and cultures between countries and regions have also made it increasingly difficult to solve these problems. This article begins with the current situation of cross-border e-commerce development in China, and then analyzes the difficulties and countermeasures of cross-border e-commerce in our country.
