铰孔是一种应用范围比较广泛,精度要求较高的金属切削加工。因此,对铰刀的精度也就提出了严格的要求。有些工厂,为了满足本厂产品加工的需要,自己制造铰刀。但是,由于铰刀几何角度较多,测量面又太窄小,给测量工作造成了困难,尤其是φ8mm 以下的铰刀,就更难测量精确.最近,我们自制了一台综合检查仪,测量效率较高,经鉴定:所测精度误差很小,完全可以保证铰刀精度的需要。
