目的 :研究脑脊液置换治疗蛛网膜下腔出血 (SAH)的效果。方法 :将蛛网膜下腔出血的病人随机分成治疗组 4 0例和对照组 3 6例。对照组给予吸氧、降颅压、止血、防止脑血管痉挛等一般治疗 ;治疗组在一般治疗的同时行脑脊液置换治疗 ,将两组病人的临床症状改善、脑脊液正常、意识转清、CT改变的时间及残死率进行比较。结果 :治疗组的临床症状改善 ,脑脊液正常 ,意识转清 ,CT改变的时间 ,较对照组明显提前 ,残死率明显减少 ( P <0 0 5 )。结论 :该方法操作简便 ,效果肯定 ,基层医院即可开展 ,值得推广。
Objective: To study the effect of cerebrospinal fluid replacement on patients with subarachnoid hemorrhage (SAH). Methods: The patients with subarachnoid hemorrhage were randomly divided into treatment group 40 cases and control group 36 cases. The control group was given general treatment such as oxygen inhalation, intracranial pressure reduction, hemostasis and prevention of cerebral vasospasm. The treatment group was treated with CSF replacement therapy at the same time. The clinical symptoms, improvement of cerebrospinal fluid, clear consciousness and CT in both groups were improved The time and the rate of death were compared. Results: The clinical symptoms of the treatment group were improved, the cerebrospinal fluid was normal, the consciousness was cleared, the time of CT change was significantly earlier than that of the control group, and the death rate was significantly decreased (P <0.05). Conclusion: The method is easy to operate, the effect is affirmed, grass-roots hospitals can be carried out, it is worth promoting.
