Objective: To observe the effect of human Cytomegalovirus (HCMV) on the permeability of endothelial cell CRL-1730 and the effect of epigallocatechin-3-gallate (EGCG) against HCMV , To study the activity of Rac1 and the expression of Vasodilator Stimulated Phosphoprotein (VASP) and cell permeability in this process.
