目的了解基层医院实习护生的职业安全防护现状,为加强护生的职业防护教育提供依据。方法采用自行设计的调查表,对2009年在本县实习的128名实习护生进行职业安全防护认知与行为调查。结果 128名中有80.47%不知道标准预防的内容;75.78%不知道正确的洗手方法;61.72%不知道医疗废物的分类及处置;85.16%的护生不能完全正确回答针刺伤后会感染哪些疾病;13.28%~85.94%防护行为缺如或不当。结论实习护生职业安全防护知识缺乏和防护意识薄弱、防护行为不当或缺乏;医院应加强护生职业安全防护知识教育和培训,加强带教老师的素质培养,加强防护监督、控制和管理,制定并落实各项规章制度,以培养和提升护生的职业安全防护意识及防护能力。
Objective To understand the status quo of occupational safety in nursing students in primary hospitals and to provide basis for strengthening occupational protection education for nursing students. Methods A self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate the occupational safety awareness and behavior of 128 interns who were interns in this county in 2009. Results 80.47% of 128 patients did not know the content of standard precaution; 75.78% did not know the correct way of washing their hands; 61.72% did not know the classification and disposal of medical waste; 85.16% of nurses could not fully answer the question Disease; 13.28% ~ 85.94% lack of protective behavior or inappropriate. Conclusions The lack of awareness of occupational safety and nursing and weak protective awareness in internship nursing students and inappropriate or inadequate protective behavior should be strengthened. The hospital should strengthen the education and training of occupational safety and health education in nursing students, strengthen the quality cultivation of teachers and strengthen the supervision, control and management of nursing students. And implement the rules and regulations in order to nurture and enhance nursing students occupational safety awareness and protection.
