在广西省桂林市发现一名成年男性具有一种慢速血红蛋白变型,但无临床或血液学异常表现。经化学结构分析,该异常血红蛋白的α链第116位上的谷氨酸被赖氨酸替代,因此鉴定为血红蛋白O Indonesia[α116(GH4)Glu→Lys]。这种异常血红蛋白在我国系首次报道。
An adult male was found to have a slow hemoglobin variant in Guilin, Guangxi, but no clinical or hematologic abnormalities were found. According to the chemical structure analysis, glutamic acid at the 116th position of the abnormal hemoglobin was replaced by lysine, and was therefore identified as hemoglobin O Indonesia [α116 (GH4) Glu → Lys]. This abnormal hemoglobin was first reported in our country.
