目的探讨甲状腺转录因子-1(TTF-1)在小细胞肺癌(small-cell lung cancer,SCLC)与非小细胞肺癌(non-small cell lung cancer,NSCLC)中的表达及鉴别诊断意义。方法检索PubMed、ISI WebOf Knowledge平台、中国学术期刊全文数据库、万方数据库等,收集1996~2012年国内外公开发表的论文,均为TTF-1在SCLC及NSCLC组织表达的临床研究;对文献进行异质性检验,以SCLC组及NSCLC组比值比(OR值)为效应指标,应用Meta分析软件(RevMan4.2.10)对各研究原始数据进行统计分析,计算合并OR值及95%可信区间(95%CI),同时绘制Meta分析森林图和倒漏斗图。结果共有7篇研究纳入系统评价,共计SCLC患者115例,NSCLC患者664例;Meta分析结果合并OR值为3.22,95%CI为2.02~5.13。结论 TTF-1在SCLC中的阳性表达率明显高于NSCLC,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);TTF-1高表达可能在SCLC的发生、发展中起重要作用,这对于SCLC与NSCLC的鉴别诊断具有重要参考意义。
Objective To investigate the expression and differential diagnostic significance of thyroid transcription factor-1 (TTF-1) in small-cell lung cancer (SCLC) and non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) Methods PubMed, ISI WebOf Knowledge Platform, Chinese Academic Journal Full-text Database, Wanfang Database were collected, and published papers published both at home and abroad from 1996 to 2012 were all clinical studies of TTF-1 expression in SCLC and NSCLC; Heterogeneity test was performed to compare the odds ratio (OR) of SCLC group and NSCLC group. Meta analysis software (RevMan 4.2.10) was used to analyze the original data of each study, and the OR and 95% confidence interval ( 95% CI), while drawing a meta-analysis of forest and funnel plots. Results A total of 7 studies were included in the systematic review. A total of 115 patients with SCLC and 664 patients with NSCLC were included in the review. The OR of meta-analysis was 3.22, and the 95% CI was 2.02-5.13. Conclusion The positive expression rate of TTF-1 in SCLC is significantly higher than that in NSCLC (P <0.05). The high expression of TTF-1 may play an important role in the occurrence and development of SCLC. Differential diagnosis has important reference value.
