从北京市商业中心的历史变迁过程来看,影响商业中心兴衰的最主要的因素有:城市主要交通运输、城市规划建设、居民社会地域属性及历史文化遗留和淀积。这几种因素相互影响,相互促进,只是在不同的历史阶段,个别因素的影响程度有所差异而已。
According to the historical changes of Beijing Business Center, the main factors affecting the rise and fall of commercial centers include the major transportation and urban planning and construction, the geographical attributes of residents, historical and cultural legacy and deposition. These various factors interact and promote each other, only in different historical stages, the impact of individual factors vary.
