在分析黄淮海平原水资源特点及开发利用中存在问题的基础上，提出了黄淮海平原水资源持续开发途径与对策。
Based on the analysis of the characteristics of water resources in Huang-Huai-Hai Plain and its problems in development and utilization, the ways and countermeasures of sustainable development of water resources in the Huang-Huai-Hai Plain are proposed.
