以矿用电机车为研究对象,在MATLAB/Simulink中对采用逻辑门限值控制、PID控制和无防滑控制的矿用电机车制动系统进行了建模和仿真。仿真结果表明,使用防滑制动系统的矿用电机车的制动效果明显优于无防滑系统的矿用电机车;采用PID控制算法的制动系统优于使用逻辑门限值控制的制动系统。
Taking mine electric locomotive as the research object, the braking system of mining electric locomotive with logic threshold control, PID control and non-skid control was modeled and simulated in MATLAB / Simulink. The simulation results show that the braking effect of mining electric locomotives using non-slip brake system is obviously better than that of mine electric locomotives without anti-skid system. The braking system with PID control algorithm is better than the braking system with logic threshold control .
