典型病例介绍患者邹××,女,23岁,住院号262671,因恶心呕吐,腰背痛,酱油色尿二天,于80.3.31日入院。患者于入院前四天进行疟疾予防服药,连续服用伯氨喹啉三天,每天服四片,服药后第一天感到头晕不适,第二天全身无力,恶心呕吐,第三天开始症状加重,发烧、腰背痛,小便呈酱油色,门诊以“溶血性贫血”收治。患者既往无“疟疾史”,无服伯氨喹啉史,吃新鲜蚕豆后无类似发作。家属中无药物反
