吸光度(abso rbance),A——透过率(T)倒数的常用对数(以10为底):A=log_(10)(1/T)=-log_(10)T注:该术语用于原子吸收光谱学,但不推荐用于照相方法,照相方法使用的术语是光密度(opticaldensity)。(电磁辐射的)吸收〔absorption (of electromagnetic radiation)〕——当辐射通过物质时,辐射能量的减少现象,称为辐射的吸收。此时,吸收体系能量相应增加。准确度(accuracy)——表示光谱化学测定结果与公认的标准值之间偏离程度的量。注:在ASTM E177《ASTM试验方法中术语精密度和偏差的使用》一文中,已对准确度和精密度作了详细讨论。分析(analysis)——鉴别样品中某组分或成分的存在与否,或求得其含量多少。参见“测定”。微量样品分析(analysis, micro)——指样品量少于1毫克时的分析。定性分析(analysis,qualitative)——只鉴别样品中某些成分是否存在的分析。校准曲线(analytical curve)——在坐标图中,表示分析中自变量和因变量之间的关系的曲线。因变量为辐射功率的某种函数(特性),自变量为发射(或吸收)该辐射的物质的浓度(或质量)。

(Electromagnetic radiation) absorption (of electromagnetic radiation) - When the radiation through the material, the radiation energy reduction phenomenon, known as the absorption of radiation. At this point, the energy absorption system increased accordingly. Accuracy-The amount that indicates the degree of deviation between spectrometric determinations and accepted standard values. NOTE: Accuracy and precision have been discussed in detail in ASTM E177, “Use of Terms Precision and Deviation in ASTM Test Methods.” Analysis - Identify the presence or absence of a component or ingredient in a sample, or find out how much of it is present. See “Determination ”. Analysis (micro) - refers to the analysis of samples less than 1 mg. Analysis, qualitative - An analysis that identifies only the presence or absence of certain components in a sample. Analytical curve - In the chart, a graph representing the relationship between independent variables and dependent variables in the analysis. The dependent variable is a certain function (characteristic) of radiant power, the independent variable is the concentration (or mass) of the substance emitting (or absorbing) the radiation.
