目的:研究榉树叶醇提物不同极性部位对酪氨酸酶活性的抑制作用。方法:采用系统溶剂法将榉树叶的乙醇提取物分成石油醚、三氯甲烷、乙酸乙酯、正丁醇和水5种溶剂提取物,分别检测各极性部位抑制酪氨酸酶活性。结果:在各极性部位中,榉树叶乙酸乙酯部位对酪氨酸酶活性的抑制率最高,当终浓度为1.0mg/mL时,抑制率为59.11%,抑制率随着浓度的增加而升高,其IC_(50)为0.72mg/mL。三氯甲烷、正丁醇部位具有较强的抑制作用,其IC_(50)分别为1.11mg/mL、1.12mg/mL。结论:榉树叶醇提物各极性部位提取物对酪氨酸酶活性具有相应抑制作用。
Objective: To study the inhibition of tyrosinase activity in different polar fractions of alcohol extract of Beech leaves. Methods: The ethanol extract of Beech leaves was separated into petroleum ether, chloroform, ethyl acetate, n-butanol and water by systemic solvent method. The polar fractions were tested for tyrosinase activity. Results: The ethyl acetate fraction of beech leaves had the highest tyrosinase activity inhibition rate at all polar sites. When the final concentration was 1.0 mg / mL, the inhibition rate was 59.11%. The inhibitory rate increased with the increase of concentration Increased, its IC_ (50) was 0.72mg / mL. Trichloromethane and n-butanol had a strong inhibitory effect. The IC 50 values were 1.11 mg / mL and 1.12 mg / mL, respectively. CONCLUSION: The extract from each fraction of alcohol extracts of Beech leaves has corresponding inhibitory effect on tyrosinase activity.
