脱毒甘薯的应用是推广生物技术与病毒学技术相结合的产物,是当前甘薯生产中最有效的增产措施(较不脱毒甘薯增产30%以上)。脱毒甘薯种薯(苗)与不脱毒甘薯种薯(苗)在外观形态上虽有一些细微的差别,但在缺乏经验而又没有对比的情况下,一般是很难区分开的。山东省苍山县种子公司经多年对脱毒甘薯与未脱毒甘薯形态观察比较及栽培实践,经验总结如下。
