目的:观察结合雌激素乳膏联合红霉素眼膏、甲硝唑片混合剂局部给药治疗萎缩性阴道炎及尿道炎的疗效。方法:选择绝经后有泌尿生殖道萎缩症状的妇女42例,使用结合雌激素乳膏联合红霉素眼膏、甲硝唑片混合剂每天阴道给药1次,连用21天,比较用药前后情况。结果:用药后阴道及泌尿道萎缩症状明显好转,用药后4周阴道及泌尿道萎缩症状几乎完全消失。阴道检查发现阴道壁弹性增加,皱襞加深,表面苍白、潮红及出血点明显好转或消失。血E2水平上升,FSH和LH水平下降。子宫内膜厚度用药前后无明显差异。结论:结合雌激素乳膏联合红霉素眼膏、甲硝唑片混合剂阴道给药能有效缓解泌尿生殖道症状,同时可治疗因泌尿生殖道萎缩引起的病原体感染,对内膜无过度刺激。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the efficacy of topical administration of estrogen cream combined with erythromycin ointment and metronidazole tablet in the treatment of atrophic vaginitis and urethritis. Methods: Forty-two women with genitourinary tract atrophy after menopause were selected. Combined with estrogen cream and erythromycin eye ointment, metronidazole tablet mixture was administered vaginally once a day for 21 days, and the situation before and after treatment was compared . Results: The vaginal and urinary tract atrophy symptoms improved significantly after treatment, vaginal and urinary tract atrophy symptoms almost completely disappeared 4 weeks after treatment. Vaginal examination found that the vaginal wall increased elasticity, folds deepened, the surface pale, flushing and bleeding was significantly improved or disappeared. Blood E2 levels rose, FSH and LH levels decreased. Endometrial thickness before and after treatment no significant difference. Conclusion: Combined with estrogen cream and erythromycin ointment, vaginal administration of metronidazole tablets can effectively relieve the symptoms of genitourinary tract, meanwhile treat pathogen infection caused by atrophic genitourinary tract without excessive stimulation of intima .
