广东省建设厅去年实行按套内建筑面积计算房价的改革在全国属于首创,对减少商品房面积纠纷起到了明显作用。在国务院七部委联合下达的《关于整顿和规范房地产市场秩序的通知》中,推行按套或套内建筑面积销售商品房的计价方式,成为规范商品房面积计算标准和办法的主要手段。
