《人民教育》七月号上刊載的《一次观摩教学引起的爭論》一文,提出了一些很有意思的問題,这里也来談談我的看法。第一个問题是观摩教学要不要的問題。我认为观摩教学还是要的。通过观摩教学,可以集中教师的智慧,研究教学中的关鍵問題,总結教学經驗,改进教学方法,这无疑是提高教学貭量的途徑之一。当然,在不少地方的观摩教学中,确实存在着收效不大、浪費人力和物力的現象,但这些問题并不是观摩
The article “Views on Teaching-Induced Argument,” published in the July issue of People's Education, raised some very interesting questions. Here is my opinion. The first question is to observe the problems that teaching should not have. I think it is still necessary to observe the teaching. By observing teaching, teachers can focus on the wisdom of the key issues in teaching, sum up teaching experience, improve teaching methods, which is undoubtedly one of the ways to improve teaching quality. Of course, there are indeed phenomena of ineffectiveness and waste of manpower and material resources in the observation and teaching of many places. However, these problems are not observed
