使用攀枝花钒钛磁铁精矿在强化制粒的基础上进行低温烧结研究,结果发现,低温烧结工艺能提高烧结矿的产、质量,并能较大幅度地降低固体燃料消耗。同时指出低温烧结工艺亦适宜于其他矿种的烧结并对烧结节能和提高烧结矿产、质量有重大意义。
Using the vanadium-titanium magnetite concentrate from Panzhihua to conduct low-temperature sintering on the basis of strengthening granulation, it was found that the low-temperature sintering process can improve the yield and quality of sinter and reduce the consumption of solid fuel greatly. At the same time, it is pointed out that the low temperature sintering process is also suitable for the sintering of other minerals and is of great significance to the energy conservation of sinter and the improvement of sinter mineral quality.
