节点边际电价因具有丰富的经济学含义而在电力市场中得到了广泛应用。节点边际价格的实施必将会带来市场销售盈余,而销售盈余的处理一直存在争议。分析了销售盈余产生的原因,以耗散功率分配法为基础,结合实际潮流,提出了一种无销售盈余的节点电价制定方法,从根本上消除了销售盈余。IEEE9节点算例仿真结果表明,该方法不仅明确了电价中的损耗分量、计算简便,而且能够消除销售盈余,确保全系统收支平衡。
The marginal electricity price of nodes has been widely used in the electricity market because of its rich economic implications. The implementation of the node marginal price will inevitably bring about the market sales surplus, and the disposal of the sales surplus has been controversial. The reasons for the sales surplus are analyzed. Based on the dissipative power distribution method and combined with the actual trend, a non-sales surplus node pricing method is proposed, which essentially eliminates the sales surplus. The simulation results of the example of IEEE 9-bus show that this method not only determines the loss component in the electricity price, but also can be easily calculated. Moreover, it can eliminate the sales surplus and ensure the balance of the entire system.
