目的及时了解血吸虫病流行动态变化、影响因素及防治工作现状,预测流行趋势,为制定血吸虫病防治提供科学依据。方法按照《全国血吸虫病监测方案》要求及标准进行疫情监测。结果全村人群平均血吸虫感染率0.20%,家畜平均感染率2.22%。全村有螺面积6 460 m2,活螺平均密度0.13只/框(每框=0.11 m2),未发现感染性钉螺。结论绵阳市涪城区螺情、病情指标已经达到并控制在国家血吸虫病传播控制标准范围内,但应加强综合治理,防止血吸虫病疫情回升。
Objective To know the dynamic changes of schistosomiasis, the influencing factors and the status quo of prevention and treatment, predict the epidemic trend and provide a scientific basis for the prevention and control of schistosomiasis. Methods The epidemic situation was monitored according to the requirements and standards of “National Schistosomiasis Surveillance Program”. Results The average infection rate of schistosomiasis in the whole village was 0.20% and that of livestock was 2.22%. The village has a spiral area of 6 460 m2, average live snail density of 0.13 / box (per box = 0.11 m2), found no infectious snails. Conclusion In Fucheng District, Mianyang City, the index of illness and disease has been reached and controlled within the national standard of transmission control of schistosomiasis. However, comprehensive treatment should be strengthened to prevent the rise of schistosomiasis.
