高职教育在我国一直都是高等教育体系中一项重要的组成部分,同样在我国职业教育体系中也是一项重要的组成部分。我国对于高职院校的办学方向给予了科学的定位,“以服务为宗旨,以就业为导向”这一科学定位将高职院校的教学目的表达的一清二楚。如今,随着我国经济发展新形势的到来,高职院校的职业教育形势也面临着新的挑战。众多高职院校根据自身的办学特色开始进行了一系列的手段来进行人才培养,例如:半工半读、顶岗实习和订单式的培养等等方式,这些方式促使高职学生的就业率有了极大的提升,可在此同时这些高职学生们就业、择业以及在实习过程中产生的法律矛盾也开始频频出现,将高职学生的法律意识薄弱这一缺点明显的表露了出来。在这样的状况下,提高高职学生的就业法律意识已经成为了一个迫不及待的事情,高职院校必须要对就业工作加强指导的力度和深度,对于高职学生对于就业法律意识的学习给予加强,避免高职学生在就业过程中受到不必要的损失和伤害。
