采用叶面喷雾法测定1~15d内稻纵卷叶螟的虫口减退率和卷叶率,并根据卷叶率计算防治效果。试验结果显示,每667m~2用2%阿维菌素50mL、2%阿维菌素75mL、18%杀虫双水剂250mL对稻纵卷叶螟1、2龄幼虫药后15d虫口减退率分别为85.5%、96.8%、55.4%,其中以667m~2施用2%阿维菌素75 mL防效和持效性为最好。表明2%阿维菌素对稻纵卷叶螟有较好的速效性和持效性,并在供试剂量范围内对水稻安全,在田间用量以75 mL/667m~2为宜。
The foliar spray rate was used to determine the reduction rate and the leaf rate of the rice leaf roller in the first 15 days. The control effect was calculated according to the leaf rate.
