通过加快基层卫生医疗机构的发展,可提升社会整体医疗服务水平,增强人们的健康意识,强化疾病预防和控制,促使人们的身心健康,提高生活质量。基层卫生医疗机构在发展过程中,所拥有的固定资产越来越多,价值越来越高,对于促进医疗卫生事业的有效开展具有重要意义。若要从根本上发挥基层卫生医疗机构的作用,提升服务质量,就要对固定资产进行规范化、精细化管理。本文阐述了基层卫生医疗机构固定资产管理中仍存在的问题,并结合笔者多年的工作实践,有针对性地探讨了加强乡镇固定资产管理的措施,以促进基层卫生医疗机构的固定资产管理质量不断提高,更好地为广大人民群众提供医疗服务。 By accelerating the development of grass-roots health care institutions, we can raise the overall level of medical services in the community, enhance people’s health awareness, strengthen disease prevention and control, promote people’s physical and mental health and improve their quality of life. In the process of development, primary and secondary health medical institutions have more and more fixed assets and higher and higher value, which is of great significance for promoting the effective development of medical and health undertakings. This article expounds the problems still exist in the management of fixed assets in primary health care institutions.
