本文从高职生职业素养的两个内涵即职业精神和职业能力谈起,分析了高职生职业素养的培养是有社会用人单位和高职生职业生涯的可持续性发展决定的,以此为基石,分析了高职生职业素养培养的途径,从学校来说应做好课程设置和教学工作已经思考能给学生更多实践的校企合作办学之路,从学生个人来说应做好职业生涯规划、积极配合学校的培养任务以及健全自己的心理素质。
This article talks about the two connotations of vocational qualifications of higher vocational students, namely, professionalism and professional ability. It analyzes that the cultivation of vocational qualifications of higher vocational students is determined by the sustainable development of social employers and vocational students’ career. As the cornerstone, analyzes the way of professional accomplishment cultivation of higher vocational students, from the school should do a good job of curriculum and teaching has been thinking about giving students more practical school-enterprise cooperation in running schools, from the individual students should do a good job Career planning, and actively cooperate with the school’s training tasks and improve their psychological quality.
